PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT
On the 1st day of May, 1996, came on for hearing before the Court the Motion for partial Summary judgment filed by the Defendants, and the Court, having examined the motion and its accompanying affidavit, and having reviewed the pleadings on file in this matter, finds that the motion has merit and should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Judgment enter in favor of Defendant ROBERT WILSON against the Plaintiff on all claims of the plaintiff against said Defendant and that the Plaintiff take nothing against Defendant ROBERT WILSON.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Partial Summary Judgment enter in favor of Defendant ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY against the Plaintiff on all claims of the Plaintiff sounding in tort. The Court hereby enters judgment that the Plaintiff take nothing against the Defendant ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY on all tort claims.
The Court finds that the only claim remaining is the claim for breach of contract filed by the Plaintiff against the Defendant ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY. All other claims of the Plaintiff be and hereby are denied.

Attorney for DefendantsThe judge ordered a copy of this sent to me on 06-20-96. After several complaints, I finally received it on 02-13-98. This is what I got! An unsigned, blank form. This is what I had to take as notice and then filed my motion to have it set aside on 02-23-98.
