Amarillo, Texas 79109 Dear Mr. Wilson or whoever took his place:This letter is in response to my telephone call yesterday. Allstates denial, yesterday, is still in bad faith on your part. Even if Robert Wilson is no longer at this office, there should be someone to take his place. Since I informed you that the malicious prosecution that this office was instrumental in getting was being terminated in my favor, there should be no reason for the denial. There never was in the first place!
I expect you to put someone on this, and if I do not hear from you I will proceed with legal action next week. Thanks for your time and unwillingness to help. Even if I start legal action, you will still be responsible to act in good faith on this matter.
