The Big Allstate Lie

Allstate stated repeatedly to the press that only 1% of the Northridge Earthquake Claims were in dispute. They also have quoted that there was 46,034 earthquake disaster claims. One percent sure sounds as a good compelling argument that they have acted in the best interests of their customers. However, a few weeks after the ABC 20/20 exposé and the FBI raids on their corporate offices. The media announces that Allstate is being mandated to re-open 9,000 earthquake claims. Stemming from Allstate's misuse of un-licensed, unqualified or even felons experts to document their claims reports. We know now that there are those 9,000 other insurance claims plus the one percent they previously reported earlier. Now equates to 20 per cent of their Northridge disaster claims. These are all Allstate's own figures. My question to you; With this new information, why isn't the medias reporting these new revised percentages of wrong doing by Allstate? They certainly publish all of Allstate's misleading figures. Wouldn't you think that 20% of the Northridge Earthquake Claims that were found fraudulent would be significant enough news to warn the public? No, they did not cover the 20% story, in fact they are still repeatedly publishing PR stories on how Allstate is giving money to various charities. However, they do not say is that many of these community good deeds were mandated. Do hiding pertinent facts like these and hiding others reveal something else, that is rotten in our social system? Does the media's parroting verbatim of the favorable press releases from Allstate and avoiding publishing any negative press releases show yet another pawn of Allstate? Is this some type of corporate collusion? Why is it that the results of the FBI's investigations kept secret? Allstate is known to have assets in ranging in many billions of dollars. Dollar amounts that are more than many countries treasuries. Are these assets being used to leverage themselves into higher profits being reported? Is the Six million dollars given to Calif.
Why does Allstate take such risks? I believe it is that the CEO and higher management individuals can profit by this higher reporting. Since in California there is virtually no enforcement of criminal laws against big insurance corporations and, there is only a regulatory agency to administrate the illusion of any such enforcement. During the past five years of reading on the many Allstate crimes from alternative sources of information. I believe I have a plausible answer on why Allstate is conducting a war against 20% of their own customers. That is when I say Allstate, I mean the higher ups management, CEO and even stockholders that benefit directly in any immediate increases of profits. Since, sales of insurance is limited by competition, they have found limiting the out going of money intended for rightful claims is actually the immediate profit for themselves. I believe over the years they have devised this strategy of limiting the claims due by creating targeted percentages off the top beforehand. Internally before any field work is done they will decide and allocate how much they are going to give for any particular disaster claims. Then adjust and doctor the records to produce these desired results. This is illustrated by when the 9,000 cases were to be re-opened. Allstate stated that they would be allocating 60 million aside for this reopening. Now how on Earth would you know how much to set aside before any investigations were started? This 60 mil was the targeted amount allocated, and it is my bet that when that class action suit is over it will not have spent much more than their targeted amount.
Now, they know by experience that they cannot flagrantly screw everyone at once. But, they can screw a certain percentages of their customers before the public will rise up against them with proof in hand. However, they can screw everyone in some instances when little known rebuilding issues arise. Issues that are so volatile enough, that even the government officials would also like to suppress these volatile issues. Because, exposing these issues would cost them money and jeopardize their elected seats for their keeping silent on the silent killers that the Northridge Earthquake has unleashed. Silent death is the hazardous materials dislodged into homes that can not be removed without a designed proper abatements as dictated in California Law and business codes. With a wink and a nod the state government and Allstate refrains from the enforcing of existing State laws to protect the California citizens. Since, by the time the major public finds out the truth on the hidden facts of the Northridge Earthquake and other disasters. The non-accountable government officials and others will have already made their fortunes and have moved on. And, when is the last time you ever saw an ‘ex' public official get indicted on old crimes? Plus, it is known that if you can suppress any topic for at least 15-20 years the public will be apathetic towards issues that are ‘portray' to appear as old issue. In other words they will be induced to do nothing against the perpetrators except for token fines, at best.
One might say "you can fool some of the people all of the time, and all the people some of the time, but you can really screw 20% of the people all the time, because the American people have no mind to stand up for themselves." They can do so because the government officials cooperate with the crimes by turning a blind eye. As do the common citizens, who avoid boring insurance issues. As long as at the majority of the Dominant society gets their share, they can ignore those small percentages who are cheated.
Becoming a Spirit Warrior
It is too bad that when some individuals will stand up for their rights, no matter what their backgrounds are that they will become marginalized by their honorable behavior. It is known that Americans will not oppose their government or authorities at any cost. They believe that doing so threatens the strength of their country. They are oblivious that standing up for truth is the strength of this country. At best they are only capable of coffee break complaining among themselves. It seems that only every Hundredth Man will stand up for truth. In between these men are the sheep like neighbors only use these facts as fodder towards fostering gossip or complaint. These sheep will not approach, question or even talk to someone who threatens their illusion authoritarian security. They shun at the idea that they themselves might have to take an active role in making positive changes. They would rather not know that their patched and painted homes were only cosmetically repaired and are suspect of being harmful to their families. They would cringe at knowing that they were cheated from thousands of dollars in undisclosed earthquake repairs. They would shudder to know that their families are living in time bomb homes. Homes contaminated by earthquake dislodged asbestos dust. That in 20 years that family members will begin to fall prey to cancers stemming from these hazardous exposures. Californian people seem to have a fear of being spiritually strong. (Maybe they are just too busy between working out at the gym and picking up their kids from a corporate day care) They have a fear from learning the truth of their government's silence is giving way to their complicity.
It would be quite easy to dismiss me as a ‘kook' or bad person or whatever. However, I am just a messenger carrying a warning. You can validate the percentages I mentioned earlier on your own. You can read the thousands of angry letters written against Allstate and other corporations on your own on the various available websites. But, you won't.
I finally know what Americans are. They are the none so blind as the sheep that follows any Shepard that will feed them. That will lull them with the 30 second sound bytes of news each night, reflecting that their Shepards' are working hard for them. The few spirit warriors that have opened their eyes and taken action to stop evil are few and far between. Sheep are brainwashed to "feel bad" whenever ‘unpleasant' news is aired. To which the sheep will turn and suckle at the corporate teats that control 95% of the wealth in America. Lord knows they would not want to make a scene.
To be active warrior, you must be able to put your heart close to your God. Where no man can separate the joy of life. Good warriors are those who can survive the worst battles by joking around the campfires at night. In other words from your book, "thou I shall travel through the valley of death I shall fear no evil." or our own ancestors cry that it is a good day to die. Warriors will dance at the edge of oblivion while sheep safely nestle in their flocks.
Whatever I have done in the past whether good or bad. I now have the knowledge that I have taken a stand for truth and for what I believe is right. With my wife at my side, we will match our courage in spirit, to any the billions that Allstate has in assets. In my sling are the tiny stone of truths, that is stronger than all of Allstate's immense resources for creating lies and deceit. We believe it is better to die on your feet than on your knees. No act of tyranny should be tolerated let alone allowed in America. Tyrannous acts against the people as the acts Allstate has condemned us and others to face. We stand to protect the futures of our children and yours. Even if you choose to remain in your silence (by your great excuse for non action). We stand in a good way as did the original peoples have done, with our hearts close to the Great Spirit, and strength from Mother Earth and Father Sky. As indigenous people have taught us, we are with a stone and sticks and will match ourselves with any foe armed with their perceived superior materials. Because of the truth is in Spirit, with out spirit you have nothing. Just look at the genocide this county has committed and to this day denies the intensity of. And, as history as proven our fallen ancestors were correct in their actions, honorable in every way. So, too we will be. When we face our foe in the court war coming up soon. (June 29, 1999)
Remember, when any person today picks up the fallen ancestors battle for truth, another warrior is born. An indigenous thinker in the pursuit of truth. Again, to fight for what has always been the alignment of truth of reality from the Great Spirit.
You might ask why have we fought so hard, you have lost your home, all of your possessions because of Allstate. Yet, you persist and continued to fight. Now your family was forced to disperse your children to live elsewhere and, yourselves now live out of a camping trailer. Yet, you still persist. Why? You could have cut your losses by accepting what they tried to give you? In my answer, I say to you, I have tried to cut the truth many years ago as a young father. The submission to their lies nearly cost my freedom. Never again will I submit to a lie or distortion from what actually happened. I will not be seduced to comply based on a compelling argument. I will not be extorted from truth. I will not submit to a governing force of illusions. If I have to resort becoming a creature that mocks their images of being a Eagles. I will crow in their faces with the rebuke of their lies. I will be in their dreams of dead reckoning.
No matter what the Federal Supreme Court decides in a couple of weeks. We have already won. My wife and I have our spirits linked forever in love, courage, and in the pursuit of truth, and no entity of the dominated society can take that from us. We need not your billions to wage war only the truth. We simply need to stand and speak the truth.
